Easy fix! Setting aside the fact that plenty of women contract STIs from monogamous partners or during “safe sex,” it sounds like your real problem here is with illness, not sex. So I assume you’d be fine dating a promiscuous woman who practiced safe sex and happened to be STI-free?

^^ I agree. I also think parental uncertainty and asymmetric contribution are the underlying reasons to why men are so controlling over women. Women really only need men for their sperm, and this creates anxiety in men. Studies have shown (the obvious) that men are sexually jealous and respond more negatively to the thought of their partner committing sexual infidelity than to the thought of their partner falling in love with someone else.
But here’s why it’s fucked up… WE ARE HUMANS. These underlying genetic responses are nothing when it comes to our human ability of conscience thought and action. Stop treating women like shit - stop expecting us to be goody-toe-shoe whilst you fuck every girl silly and treat her as if she’s not the same species. Well maybe we’re not the same species because as of right now, I see you men as ANIMALS.
